  • What is the return process?
    In case of a damaged or defective product, the customer should notify Ekesvara in 3 days after the delivery date.
  • Why do you need our personal information?
    When you register for an Account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number. And these details are necessary to provide you with better services.
  • Can we change or return any product on Ekesvara?
    Ekesvara offer no return or refund policy, however in some cases we do care of our customers.
  • Do we have to pay delivery charges?
    Delivery may be free for some products while you may have to pay for some products. Refer to the checkout page for more info.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    You can cancel your order before dispatch. It will not be possible to cancel the order after the dispatch has been done.
  • What is the time duration to dispatch?
    If the ordered item is available in stock, it will be dispatched within 2 working days from our warehouse.
  • In case of multiple product order, what is the return policy?
    In case of multiple product orders, only the affected product can be returned.
  • What is the dispatch time if the item is not available in the stock?
    If the item is not available in the stock, then it may take 5-7 days to dispatch and the same will be communicated to the customer. Or the order will be canceled if it may take longer.
