Interpretation

The capitalized terms in this Return and Refund Policy have specific meanings outlined under the following conditions. Regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form, the definitions provided here remain consistent.

Definitions

For the purpose of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as "we," "our," "us," or "the Company" in this Policy) refers to Ekesvara Organics.

  • Products refer to the items offered for sale on our Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Products from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to www.ekesvara.in accessible from www.ekesvara.in.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or any other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Damage or Incorrect Product

When the product is incorrect from the one that the customer ordered or when the item is damaged, the customer has to send photos or a video within 48 hours after delivery that shows the item is incorrect or damaged.

In this case, we will reship a new item or issue a refund after inspecting the item. And, the customer shall be liable to return the product as per our return policy. The Replacement will be made at our sole discretion.

In case of a damaged product, the shipping cost shall be paid by the Company.

All refunds will be an issue as per our refund policy. Please contact us via email, we will respond within 3 (Three) business days.

Moreover, if we remove or suspend you for your breach of the website terms then you will not receive a refund for our service.

In a determination to accomplish user satisfaction, if there is an issue, the customer can contact us through our email at info.ekesvaraorganic@gmail.com.

We will reimburse You no later than 7-14 days from the day We receive the returned Products. We will use the same payment method You used for the Order.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the Products must meet the following conditions:

  • The Products were purchased within the last 7 days.

  • The Products are in their original packaging.

  • The Products are unused and undamaged.

  • Products must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

The following Products are not eligible for return:

  • Products that were customized or personalized according to Your specifications.

  • Products that, due to their nature, are not suitable for return, perish quickly, or have passed their expiration date.

  • Products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.

  • Products that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.

  • The Products must be returnable, it should not be non-returnable product.

  • Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 

We reserve the right to decline returns of any Products that do not meet the above conditions at our discretion.

Only regularly priced Products may be refunded. Unfortunately, Products on sale cannot be refunded, unless prohibited by applicable law.

*We are unable to issue a refund without receiving the returned Products or proof of the return delivery.

Refund Cycle

The complete refund process normally takes about 7-10 working days from the date of confirmation of the refund.
