Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders placed with us undergo processing within 5-7 (Min 5 days and Max 7 days) business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

In the event of a high volume of orders, natural calamities, and unthoughtful events there might be a slight delay in shipments. We appreciate your patience and understanding. If a significant delay in your order's shipment is expected, we will promptly notify you via email or telephone.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, occasional delays can occur during the shipping process.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Ekesvara Organic currently provides shipping services exclusively to addresses within India.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Upon shipping, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your order's tracking number(s). You can expect the tracking information to be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please be aware that any customs duties or taxes applicable to your order are not the responsibility of Ekesvara Organic. Any fees incurred during or after shipping, such as tariffs and taxes, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Ekesvara Organic is not liable for any products that may be damaged or lost during the shipping process. In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the shipment carrier to initiate a claim. However, we may compensate some customers according to our will as a good gesture.

To expedite the claim process, kindly ensure that you retain all packaging materials and damaged items.

International Shipping Policy

At this time, we regret to inform you that we do not offer international shipping services. Our shipping services are limited to addresses within India.
